Subscription Contract Between You and Fboxx.in:
Fboxx.in currently offers – One month, Three Month, Six Month & Annual subscriptions. All Subscriptions are non-exchangeable & non-refundable.
You get the products from the pre-selected set of products from the beauty brands selected by fboxx every month.
Fboxx subscription boxes are in high demand and we adhere to our delivery timelines. In case we are overbooked and unable to convert you into active subscriber, we shall inform you immediately about the waitlist.
Please ensure you update your address a week before assigned date of delivery and inform the change to us – email@example.com.
Prepaid orders that return to Fboxx.in due to inability of the subscriber to accept the parcel (member unavailable, out of station, incomplete address, member shifted, etc.), can be reshipped with the expenses borne by subscriber.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- What is your cancellation policy?
Please note that we are unable to offer cash or credit card/pay pal refunds for subscriptions. All subscription refunds will be issued in the form of F-BOXX store credit. F-BOXX edit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and can be applied to any shopping cart or order you make on the F-BOXX website. Store credit cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or gift card.
Subscriptions – Subscribers can cancel their subscription with a minimum 30 day notice. Refunds of any remaining credit will be processed in the form of F-BOXX store credit. The value of this refund will be equal to the value of undelivered shipments according to the price you paid at the time of checkout (example if you have two remaining undelivered boxes, each worth INR 999 your store credit will beINR 999 * 2 = Inr 1998 store credit).
Shop Orders – If you have placed a Shop order on the F-BOXX, we cannot accept any cancellations as we strive our very best to prepare and ship your order as soon as it is received.
- What is your returns policy?
F-BOXX Boxes are strictly non-refundable and are ineligible for returns.
The Box – If you receive a F-BOXX BOX containing products that are damaged, please contact our customer service department. We will do our best to send you a replacement of this product with your next box.
The Shop – If you are not satisfied with your shop product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we can provide you with the necessary information to return your products.
We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging. If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Once your product has been inspected and your refund approved, we will refund the price of your product in full as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of your notification.
If you have paid using a credit card or paypal your refund will be posted back to your card or account. If you have paid using cash, you will receive your refund in the form of F-BOXX store credit. F-BOXX Store Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued and can be applied to any shopping cart or order you make on the F-BOXX website. Store credit cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, or gift card.
Warranty and Liability:
Fboxx.in does not warrant and shall not be responsible for the damage arising out of the use of the products listed on its site. If a product delivered to you is different than as described on the website, Fboxx.in is liable only to change the product. Fboxx.in is not responsible for delays arising out of force majeure.
Product Manufacturer and Ingredients:
We don’t manufacture any of the beauty products that you receive. All beauty box items and products are manufactured by their respective Brand Manufacturers. You should read and strictly follow all product labels, packaging inserts, instructions, directions and warnings provided by the manufacturer before using any product. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients as well, to avoid allergic
reactions or other side effects personal to you.
Content mentioned in Fboxx.in (Videos, Trends, Images, Ingredient information…) is the summary of many articles which are available from various authentic sources, Fboxx.in does not take the liability and ownership of it.
Fboxx.in holds complete right to delete any fowl information represented by any subscriber/ customer on any social pages or website of Fboxx.in.
Taxes are applicable as per the law and charged to subscriber/ customer.
Fboxx.in stocks only authentic products. We procure products directly from the Brand Manufacturers or from the affiliated distributor of Brand Manufacturer. Beauty Box Contents:
The box typically contains 5 beauty items. The contents of each beauty box will vary from month to month of skin, care, body and makeup. We construct each monthly beauty box based on aggregate response received in the beauty quiz taken by our subscribers, product reviews and other feedback provided to us, but we make no guarantees that you will receive a particular product.
At Fboxx.in, we respect your privacy as much as you do. We do not share your personal information with others. This information is only used by Fboxx.in and its partners to ensure the fulfillment of the service requested by you. This includes informing you of promotional offers. By signing up for a paid Fboxx.in beauty subscription, you agree to receive updates of Fboxx.in and about your order such as dispatch, expiry, renewal, etc. via email and SMS on the email address and mobile number that you provide to us while signing up for this service.
As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. The Fboxx is not for resale in any other channels. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we may reject your order or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized illegal activity.
To access certain services on the Site, you will be required to provide specific information. All information about you must be truthful, and you may not use any aliases or other means to mask your identity. Any access codes or passwords provided should be safeguarded always. You are responsible for the security of your access codes and passwords and will be solely liable for any use or unauthorized use of the Site under such access codes or passwords. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without notice.
We control and operate the Site from India. We make no representation that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use outside India. If you choose to access this Site from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will my F-BOXX be sent to me?
Our exact delivery date is a surprise! However, we usually aim to send our F-BOXX BOX out between the 3rd and 4th week of the month. We will send you a courier tracking number via email, once your BOX is shipped.
- Do you ever offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping with the purchase of 500 INR or more in INDIA
- What service do you use to deliver the F-BOXX ?
We use a variety of different couriers to deliver all our boxes. For any shipping inquiries about the delivery service please email us at email@example.com and we would be glad to help you on in any way.

- What’s the process for International Shipping?
BOX SUBSCRIPTION: we currently not offer international shipping .
F-BOXX SHOP ORDERS: If you place an order from our shop, we’re happy to ship it to you wherever you are! Please keep in mind that in case there are any customs or duties fees, the recipient (you) will be responsible to pay these all directly to the courier. These shop orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Do I need to be present when the F-BOXX is delivered?
Someone must be present to accept the delivery from our courier partner; please make sure to properly enter your address and phone number when signing up. The courier will call before arranging a delivery – failure to respond to coordinate a delivery will result in the return of your F-BOXX. Please look out for their call!
- I have not received my F-BOXX. What must I do?
First, verify that your address and phone number were properly entered under your profile (just log on to your account to verify); second, ensure that the purchase transaction was successfully completed. Finally, please refer to your tracking email and use the courier’s website to check the current status of your shipment. If despite these attempts you have not received your F-BOXX within a few days of receiving the email containing your tracking number, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following details: name, email, transaction date and subscription purchased.
- Will I be able to track my shipment?
We offer shipping through professional courier services. Once your box has been shipped you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You may use the tracking number on the courier’s website for up to date tracking information about your shipment’s status. We want to guarantee that your package is delivered on time at your doorsteps.
- What if I want to change my address?
Subscribers can change their shipping address and box recipient at any time directly from their account dashboard. To do so, log in and click the SUBSCRIPTIONS button on the left menu of your dashboard. Next, select the subscription you would like to view, and here you will be able to update the shipping address linked to this subscription.

- What do I do if I don’t receive my tracking number in my email?
Oh no! Well if this happens then please check your spam email and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender’s list. If you still did not receive it, then please contact us and we will help you with tracking your order.
Offers & Promotional Discount:
Any kind of offers and promotional discount are only valid for a new purchase. These types of offers and discount are not applicable to any previous purchase. These offers & discounts are only valid for a limited period of time or only while supplies last. And the offers can be suspended at any point of time without any intimation to the subscriber/customer.
Order need to be placed in the same month for which subscription expected to start. The subscription plan starts as soon as the order placed. Booking in current month and requesting to start subscription from next month is not allowed. More than one subscription per person is not allowed in the same month.
There is no option of product selection for Fboxx. We cannot ship any particular product requested to include in Fboxx box either through mail, call or any mode of communication by subscriber.
Replacement of product:
None of products received in Fboxx can be replaced.
Risk of Loss:
A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise purchased from our Site. As a result, title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- What types of payment methods do you accept?
We are currently able to accept all major credit cards and Paypal payments; we also offer Cash on Delivery at an additional fee which will be added to the total of your cart. Cash on Delivery is only available for Subscriptions within the India . Cash on delivery also not available on some rural areas.
- How does the Cash on Delivery work for Subscriptions?
You can pay cash for your subscription and the process will work like this:
- At the end of this month, the courier company agent will contact you to arrange delivery and payment
- Upon delivery, you will pay the driver in cash the *TOTAL AMOUNT* of your subscription package.
- Based on the package you have purchased you will have to pay the following:

- 3 months – 1949 / Pm – 3 – Months = 5847 Rs
- 6 months – 1899 /Pm – 6 months = 11,394 Rs
- 12 – months – 1849 /pm 12 months = 22,188 Rs
- Single box – 1199/ month Rs
- 3 months – 1149 / monthly – 3 months – 3447 Rs
- 6 months – 1099 / monthly – for 6 months – 6594 Rs
- 12 months – 1049 / monthly – for 12 months – 12588 Rs
Fboxx Startups Box
- Single box – 699/ month Rs
- 3 months – 649 / monthly – 3 months – 1947 Rs
- 6 months – 599 / monthly – for 6 months – 3594 Rs
- 12 months – 549 / monthly – for 12 months – 6588 Rs
If you have purchased at a discount or promotion, you will only be responsible to pay the discounted amount shown in your checkout total.
- Once you have paid, the driver will give you your first F-BOXX and we will continue to deliver your boxes each month for the duration of your subscription! (please note: you cannot open the box before completing full payment).
If you refuse or fail to make the payment, the F-BOXX will be returned to our offices and your subscription will be cancelled.
All Cash on Delivery orders – subscription & shop – cannot be cancelled and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All information displayed, transmitted or carried on Fboxx.in is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This site is designed, updated and maintained independently by Fboxx.in. You should not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the content at Fboxx.in.
Trademarks & Copyrights:
The trademarks, copyrights, logos, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site or through platforms use by us are registered and unregistered Trademarks & copyrights of ours and others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders, or that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the rights holders. All Trademarks & copyrights not owned by us that appear on the Site or through platforms use by us, if any, are the property of their respective owners.
Fboxx.in reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the service at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the security, or proper administration of the service. Fboxx.in disclaims all warranties or conditions, whether expressed or implied, (including without limitation implied, warranties or conditions of information and context). We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the local courts.
Fboxx.in can cancel the subscription plan and refund the amount as per refunds policy at any point of time without the prior consent to the subscriber/customer.
Fboxx.in reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Fboxx.in shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of its website.
